Daily Report

Please check the waterline for the latest update, the water level has been increased. On Friday we had calm and cloudy conditions with the temperature holding in the 30's throughout the day. The few anglers we spoke with reported getting into fish both in the upper and lower end of the river. The fish have been holding in the softer water along the edges or the inside seams. Anglers who were fly fishing had the most success dead drifting with nymphs or single egg patterns. Anglers who were float fishing or bottom bouncing had the most success with pink and blue egg sacs or beads. Just a reminder that the Upper Fly Zone is now closed, but the Lower Fly Zone is still open.
