Refund Policy: Simply return the item and the invoice that is in the box. Send the package UPS Ground or US Postal Service. For your protection, please insure package for full value. Some products sold are carried by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Whitakers will promptly replace products damaged during shipment or that have printing defects. Please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days of receipt of shipment.

Delivery Surcharges ($)
Because some fishing equipment must be insured, our cost to ship these products is higher than for other items. Therefore, these expensive items have a delivery surcharge; this charge is in addition to regular delivery charges, and will be included in the Shipping & Handling total.
Whitakers makes every attempt possible to keep all items in stock. If an item is back ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible. However, we are not able to back order items that sell for less than $20.00.
