Daily Report

February 21 2019

On Thursday we had cloudy conditions and the temperature reached into the upper 30's. The mild weather conditions are expected to continue as we head into the weekend. The anglers we spoke with reported getting into some fish, but did not do as well as the previous day. Over the last couple of days anglers have had success in the Lower Fly Zone, Schoolhouse Pool, Wire Hole, Trestle Pool, Sportsman Pool, Black Hole and DSR. The anglers who were float fishing or bottom bouncing had the most success with blue and pink egg sacs. For those anglers who are fly fishing the most productive patterns have been black stoneflies, rusher nymphs, wiggle stones, infected pheasant tails, steak-n-eggs, steelhead buggers and estaz eggs.
