Daily Report
January 25 2021
Over the weekend we had cold weather conditions with the temperature reaching into the teens during the day and single digits at night. Slush ice was a factor in the lower end of the river and did not clear. The few anglers we did speak with fished the upper end of the river between Altmar and Pineville, they reported that slush ice was not a factor and the fishing was slow. The next couple of days does show some improvement with temperatures and wide spread lake effect snow followed by colder temperatures later in the week.
