Over the weekend we had increased fishing pressure which is normal for this of year. Saturday had the most pressure and by mid day Sunday the crowd started to thin out as anglers headed for home and rain showers moved through the area. We got mixed reports from anglers depending on where they fished and experience level. In the lower end of the river anglers reported having action in the Ballpark, Town Pool, Black Hole and DSR with a mix of mostly kings and a few cohos. Anglers reported fish holding in and around the deeper holes and when fish did move it was small pods. Anglers who covered water and made the most adjustments to where fish were holding seemed to have the most success. In the mid to upper end of the river anglers reported fish holding in and around the deeper holes and larger runs. Anglers who fished the Upper & Lower Fly Zone reported getting into a mix of kings and cohos.
