On Monday we had a mix of sun and clouds and the temperature reached into the low 50's. The fishing continues to be good with anglers getting into fish throughout the river from top to bottom. The mid to upper end of the river has plenty of salmon spawning in and around the gravel areas. In the Upper & Lower Fly Zones anglers have been getting into a mix of mostly kings and cohos along with the occasional steelhead. In the lower end of the river anglers are still getting into salmon, but over the last couple of days the steelhead fishing has picked up and produced plenty of action in the Ballpark, Staircase, Black hole and the DSR. Anglers also reported getting into kings in some of the smaller local tributaries.
