Daily Report

Sunday was a chilly day with the temperature in the 40's along with cloudy conditions. With calm conditions and very little wind leaves were not a factor. The anglers we spoke with who fished the lower end of the river reported having a slow day overall.  The anglers we spoke with who fished the mid to upper end of the river  reported getting into steelhead. With the water temperature still in the 50's, the fish have been holding in the faster water. As of this morning wide spread rain was moving through the area along with colder conditions. 

Egg patterns: Estaz eggs in chart, blue, purple, size 10. Glo-bugs in chart, pink, orange, size 10. Sucker spawn in chart, pink, blue, size 6.

Nymphs: Estaz stones in peacock, brown, chart, blue, size 6. Rubber legged stones in size 4.

Streamers: Black or purple egg sucking leeches in size 4. Woolly buggers in black, olive, brow, white, size 4. Fish skull zonkers in black, white, olive size 4.
