November 01 2023

Tuesday was another cold day with a mix of sun and clouds and the temperature was in the 40's. With very little wind and calm conditions anglers said that leaves were not a factor. The anglers we spoke with who fished the lower end of the river reported having a good day while covering lots of water and the fish seemed to still be holding in the faster water. Depending on the day anglers have been getting into steelhead in the mid to upper section of river as well. During the night and as of early this monring we did get our first lake effect snow of the season, nothing major, just enough to cover the ground.
