Daily Report
April 02 2025
On Tuesday we had blue skies with plenty of sunshine but it was cold and windy with the temperature in the mid 30's. For the past several days the release from the dam has been 2200cfs and Pineville gauge as of this morning was around 2820cfs. We are still dealing with runoff coming from Tug Hill and rain is expected in the extended forecast. Overall not many anglers have been out with the high water conditions, but the few anglers who are around have been going with drift boat guides, the bank anglers have been trying some of the side channels and diversions on the main river or going to some of the smaller local tributaries. Either way it seemed everyone was trying to do the same thing and make the most of conditions.
