Daily Report

Over the weekend we had a few groups stopping into the shop who came up in search of some early salmon. Other anglers we spoke with were stopping in and picking up some suppleis and tying materials for the season. The few groups who did fish that we spoke with mostly fished the lower end of the river and reported not seeing any salmon but did report getting into some smallmouth. 

The fishing in the lake varies depending on where your fishing. Boats are finding fish any where from 60 - 120 feet of water. The boats have been able to find browns and lakers on a daily basis, the salmon have been a grind but some really big cohos have been caught as of lately.
