Daily Report

On Tuesday we had cold and windy conditions along with lake effect snow showers and the temperature struggled to reach into the 30's. At 9:00AM the release from the dam was lowered to 2000cfs and as of this morning Pineville gauge was reading around 2840cfs. Last night the temperature dropped down into the teens but with plenty of sunshine in the forecast for Wednesday, the temperature is expected to reach near 50 degrees in the afternoon. The good news is that dry and warmer conditions are expected over the next couple of days. The few anglers we spoke with yesterday reported having some success on some of the smaller local tributaries.
