Please check the waterline for the latest, the water level has come down. On Friday we picked up several inches of heavy wet snow along with windy conditions and the temperature reached into the 30's. Over the last couple of days the few anglers who are fishing have been getting into fish throughout the river. Anglers who fished the Lower Fly Zone reported getting into fish with beadhead nymphs producing the best results. In the upper end of the river the fish have been holding in and around the deeper holes and larger runs. In the lower end of the river anglers have been getting into a mix of both bright and dark fish. Anglers who are bottom bouncing or float fishing have had success with egg sacs, beads and pink worms. Anglers who are fly fishing have had success with egg patterns under a strike indicator as well as swinging flies.
