On Thursday we had some scattered rain showers in the morning, but it cleared up in the afternoon and the temperature reached into the mid 60's. Over the last couple of days the majority of anglers we have spoken with have done very well. We currently have drop backs scattered throughout the river from top to bottom and we still have some actively spawning fish as well. The anglers who are fly fishing have had the best results swinging olive woolly buggers in the head or tailout of the deeper holes and larger runs. Now that the water temperature has warmed up, the drop backs tend to be suspended in the water column and holding in the faster water. The anglers who are float fishing have had the most success with pink worms, beads and egg sacs.
