Daily Report
November 10 2018
On Saturday we had very high winds along lake effect snow showers in the afternoon and the temperature was in 30's. Not only did the high winds make for difficult conditions, but leaves were also a factor and overall it was just a raw day. The majority of anglers we spoke with reported having a slow day and the anglers who did get into fish said they worked hard for what they got. Despite the cold and windy conditions we did see an increase in the number of anglers which is normal for a holiday weekend. For those anglers who are bottom bouncing or float fishing, pink and blue egg sacs produced the best results. The most productive patterns have been egg sucking leeches, woolly buggers, flesh flies, glo-bugs, estaz eggs, sucker spawn and steelhead stones.
