Daily Report

On Saturday we had a mix of sun and clouds with the temperature in the 20's. We picked up a few inches of snow from the previous night but nothing major. Now that it's all said and done, the recent storm has passed and the heaviest of snow totals were north of us. Despite what is being reported for our area, here at the shop we have roughly 6 inches of snow on the ground. The public access lots have been cleared and anglers are able to get to the river. Over the last couple of days there has not been much fishing pressure. A few groups did make the trip anyway, but overall most anglers stayed away due to the forecast. As of early this morning the temperature was in the single digits, but with sunny conditions the temperature is expected to reach near 30 degrees. Mild weather conditions are expected over the next couple of days.
