Daily Report

October 05 2021

On Monday we had cloudy and calm conditions with the temperature reaching into the 60's. The anglers we spoke with who fished the DSR reported that the best action was in the upper section, anglers who fished the mid to lower section said they worked hard for the few they got. We got mixed reports from other anglers, some groups got into fish while others had a slow day, mostly depended on where they fished. Anglers stopping into the shop throughout the day said they had to cover water and fished hard for what they got but managed to get into some fish below town, above the Ballpark, Papermill, belwo Pineville, Ellis Cove and the Upper & Lower Fly Fishing Areas.

The motel dates have been changing by the phone call and were trying to keep them updated. Just because you don't see the date listed your looking for, keep in mind that the person who literally called right before you did could of been making a change. When in doubt it's always best to call just to see if anything opened up or ask to be on a waiting list for a specific set of dates.
