Daily Report
October 21 2021
Wednesday was another warm day with mostly sunny conditions and the temperature reached into the upper 60's. The warm conditions are expected to continue today along with scattered rain showers. Yesterday we got mixed reports from anglers depending on where they fished. Some of the anglers we spoke with who fished the DSR reported having a slow day, while others reported getting into some steelhead first thing in the morning. Other anglers stopping into the shop reported having a good day in the upper end of the river while getting into fish around the Trestle Pool, Ellis Cove, Frazier's Run and the Upper fly Fishing Area. Anglers also reported having another good day in some of the smaller local tributaries.
