Daily Report

On Wednesday we had very windy conditions in the afternoon along with scattered rain showers in the evening. The few anglers we spoke with reported having success at some of the smaller local tributaries.  With the recent drop in water level, we should start to see the number of anglers pick back up on the main river. You can check safewaters for the dam release, over the last couple of days they have been making changes during the day. They changed it again this morning and after checking the Pineville Gauge you can see it's own it's way down again. Once they figure out where to keep the water level and the fish get settled in, we should start getting more reports from anglers.
