On Thursday we had fall like conditions with the early morning temperature in the mid 40's but with plenty of sunshine the afternoon temperature reached into the mid 60's. We got mixed reports from anglers who fished the lower end of the river, those anglers who were in areas where the fish were holding had the most action, other anglers reported very little fish movement and another tough day. Anglers we spoke with who fished the mid to upper section of river reported fish holding in and around the deeper holes such as Sportsman, Trestle and Schoolhouse. Over the last couple of days anglers who fished the Upper & Lower Fly Fishing Zone have reported getting into mostly kings along with the occassional coho.
