Daily Report

January 25 2018

Wednesday was a cold and windy day along with scattered flurries and the temperature was in the teens. Sunny and cold conditions are expected again for today, but the good news is that mild conditions are expected for the upcoming weekend. The water level has finally come down which should help get anglers back on the water. Over the last couple of days very few anglers have been on the water, but the few anglers who are here have been getting into fish. In the upper end of the river anglers have been getting into fish in the Lower Fly Zone with nymphs producing the best results. Anglers who are bottom bouncing or float fishing in the mid to upper end of the river have had the best results with egg sacs, beads and pink worms.
