Daily Report

On Tuesday we had cold and windy conditions along with lake effect snow showers. We did pick up a few inches of new snow but nothing major. Last night and as of this morning the temperature was in the single digits so slush ice will be a factor in the lower end of the river. The good news is that warmer conditions are expected for later today and tomorrow. Yesterday the anglers we have staying in the motel reported having a good day in the Lower Fly Zone. Dead drifting with stoneflies or single egg patterns under a strike indicator produced the best results.
