Daily Report

On Saturday the nicest part of the day was in the morning, in the afternoon the wind picked up along with some mixed precipitation. The water level is still high and the dam release has been running 2200cfs and Pineville gauge is around 2880cfs.   At this point some of the drift boats are going in the higher water, but the majority of bank anglers are waiting for water conditions to improve on the main river. For those anglers that did make the trip anyway, they have been making the most of conditions by going to some of the smaller local tributaries.

Sunday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Eggs: Steak-N-Eggs, Estaz eggs, steelie omelet, glo-bugs, sucker spawn.

Streamers: Crystal buggers, woolly buggers, zonkers, bunny leeches, egg sucking leeches.

Nymphs: Prince nymphs, copper john's, pheasant tails, wiggle stones, steelhead hammer, beadhead stones, rubber legged stones.
