Daily Report

On Monday we had cloudy conditions with the temperature reaching into the 40's along with mixed precipitation in the afternoon. The few anglers we spoke with were going to some of the smaller local tributaries or floated the river with a drift boat guide. At 3:17pm Monday afternoon the release from the dam was lowered to 1400cfs and Pineville gauge was around 1820cfs, so at least were heading in the right direction and the water conditions are improving. 

Shop hours:

Monday - Saturday 8:00AM - 6:00PM.

Sunday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Suggested patterns:

Eggs: Steak-N-Eggs, Estaz eggs, steelie omelet, glo-bugs, sucker spawn.

Streamers: Crystal buggers, woolly buggers, zonkers, bunny leeches, egg sucking leeches.

Nymphs: Prince nymphs, copper john's, pheasant tails, wiggle stones, steelhead hammer, beadhead stones, rubber legged stones.
