Daily Report

Tuesday was another day of cold and windy conditions with the temperature in the 30's. In the evening the dam release was increased to 1700cfs and Pineville gauge is around 2000cfs.  Yesterday of the few anglers we spoke with, some fished the upper end of the river between Altmar and Pineville, some were going to the smaller local tributaries and some were floating the river with drift boat guides. Either way it seemed everyone was trying to do the same thing and make the most of conditions.
