Daily Report

Monday was another warm, dry and sunny day with the temperature reaching into the mid 70's. Yesterday most of the anglers we spoke with were heading for home after the long holiday weekend and reported that the action was slow. The lower end of the river continues to get the most attention on a daily basis in areas such as the Ballpark, Town Pool, Longbridge/Staircase, Black Hole and the DSR. We did speak with a few anglers that were able to find some pods of fish scattered throughout the mid section. As far as the lake fishing goes, on the days the boats can get out, the fishing has been very good. The open motel dates have been posted on the motel page of the website. If you don't see the dates your looking for, it's always best to call and check to see if something just recently became available.
