On Wednesday we had mostly cloudy conditions with some sunshine later in the afternoon and the temperature reached into the 70's. Warm and dry weather conditions are expected as we head into the upcoming holiday weekend. Yesterday anglers were pleasantly surprised with a bump in the water level. Depending on who we spoke with and where they fished, some anglers had a very good day, while others had a slow day. In the lower end of the river anglers reported pods of kings moving through along with some cohos. Anglers we spoke with who fished the mis section of river reported a slow day just a few hook ups. The anglers we spoke with who fished the Upper & Lower Fly Fishing Area reported having some action with a mix of kings and cohos.
The motel dates have been changing by the phone call and were trying to keep them updated. Just because you don't see the date listed your looking for, keep in mind that the person who literally called right before you did could of been making a change. When in doubt it's always best to call just to see if anything opened up or ask to be on a waiting list for a specific set of dates.
