Daily Report

December 10 2021

On Thursday we had cloudy and calm conditions with the temperature reaching near 30 degrees in the afternoon. Once again the water flow has been increased, as of this morning the dam release was 2200cfs and Pineville gauge was reading 2690cfs. The temperature is expected to warm up later this afternoon along with very mild weather conditions expected for Saturday along with rain, which is not exactly what we need for improving the water conditions. As of right now the water level is being posted day to day, with snow on the ground and rain in the forecast be sure to keep an eye on the water level for the weekend and check the conditions before making the trip. Yesterday the couple of anglers we spoke with reported having some success at some of the smaller local tributaries.
