On Saturday we had very mild weather conditions with the temperature reaching into the mid 70's. In the afternoon we had very windy conditions so leaves were a factor. With the recent stretch of mild weather the water temperature has been holding in the mid 50's, so the fish have been hanging around the faster water. The anglers who are having the most success have also reported that the faster water has been producing the best action. In the lower end of the river anglers have been getting into fish in the Ballpark area, Town Pool area, Longbridge/Staircase, Black Hole area and the DSR. In the upper end of the river anglers have been getting into fish below the Altmar bridge, Upper & Lower Fly Zone, Trestle Pool area and Pineville.
