Daily Report

On Saturday we had mild conditions with the temperature reaching into the 40's and the rain held off until later in the day. With the mild temperatures, overcast conditions and the rain not amounting to much anglers were able to get a full day on the water. Throughout the day anglers were stopping into the shop and the majority of anglers we spoke with reported having a very good day. Anglers that we have trying in the motel reported getting into fish from top to bottom. Anglers who were fly fishing reported having the best results dead drifting with nymphs or small single egg patterns under a strike indicator. Anglers who were bottom bouncing or float fishing had the most success with egg sacs, pink worms or beads.
