On Tuesday winter returned with very high winds and a heavy band of lake effect snow set up over Pulaski for most of the day and we picked up several inches of new snow. On Monday we had mild conditions with the temperature reaching into the 60's along with rain in the afternoon that was heavy at times. On Saturday we had lake effect snow showers for most of the day along with very high winds. The temperature did actually reach into the 30's, but the high winds made it feel like teens.
