Yesterday was another quiet day on the river, the majority of bank anglers have been fishing in the upper end of the river between Altmar and Pineville, while the drift boats continue to cover water and take advantage of the water conditions. On Monday we had cloudy conditions with the temperature reaching into the mid 30's. Last night the release at the dam was lowered to 1000cfs and as of early this morning Pineville gauge was reading 1360cfs.
