The shop and motel are now open for the season and some of our fall product lines have started arriving. Right now were open mid morning until mid afternoon and will extend shop hours starting Labor Day weekend. The shop and motel are now closed for the summer. The few anglers who are still fishing the river have been enjoying the smallmouth bass action in the lower end of the river. On Sunday we had sunshine in the morning with scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and the temperature reached 80 degrees. The water level did come down over the weekend and a few anglers were able to get into some smallmouth bass and the occasional drop back in the lower end of the river. read more.

On Thursday we finally caught a break with the weather and had a dry day with mostly sunny conditions. With the recent rain the water level has been high all week and over the last couple of days we've had no reports from anglers. read more.

Over the last couple of days with the recent rain it's no surprise the water level has been increased. As of right now the water levels are very high along with significant runoff. We've had no reports from anglers over the last few days. read more.
