Saturday was another mild day with the temperature reaching into the mid 40's along with a few scattered showers in the afternoon.  The majority of anglers we spoke with reported getting into fish throughout the river. The upper section of the river between Altmar and Pineville continues to get the most fishing pressure on a daily basis which is normal... read more.

On Friday we had great weather with plenty of sunshine and the temperature reached near 50 degrees. The fishing pressure did increase which is normal for the holiday weekend.
