Over the last couple of days with the recent rain the water level has continued to be high. On Friday the release from the dam was 2000cfs and Pineville gauge was around 2140cfs. It's no surprise that with all the recent rain the release from the dam was increased on Tuesday evening to 2200cfs and as of Wednesday morning Pineville gauge was reading around 3180cfs. On Monday we had some scattered showers and the temperature reached into the 60's. The release from the dam is 500cfs and Pineville gauge is around 778cfs. On Saturday we had scattered rain showers for much of the day with the temperature reaching near 60 degrees. The release from the dam was lowered to 500cfs and Pineville gauge is around 794cfs. On Friday we had a mix of sun and clouds along with some scattered rain showers and the temperature reached into the 70's. Friday morning the release from the dam was lowered to 750cfs and Pineville gauge was around 971cfs. The release from the dam is expected to drop again on Saturday morning to 500cfs.
