On Wednesday the warmest part of the day was in the morning, throughout the day the temperature dropped along with scattered rain showers. The dam release has been reduced from what it was and the river is still running at a high level but at least were heading in the right direction. With the combination of significant runoff from melting snow off the Tug Hill and recent rain the dam release has increased to an extremely high level.
